Excellent views for the development in the closest surroundings
The biggest advantage of this location for those willing to manage a trade or services in this area may be almost total lack of commercial buildings in the closest surroundings of the site, at the same time there’s a large number of residents currently and the huge increase in the next two years. The nearest objects (trade and service) are within 5.9 km (Bielany Center) and 3.5 km (Futura Park).
Large Wroclaw developer, the I-2 Development SA currently builds 89 residential units in three apartment buildings that arise at the intersection of Wiejska and Jordanowska streets at the entrance to the Awicenny street (100-300 meters from the plots covered by the offer). The second developer has also already started works on a plot located across the Awicenny street. The third developer beginning his investment later this year is INCEPTI Development Company. In September 2015 the company will begin construction in the area covering mini housing estate consisting of 103 apartments.
Next year, another developer is planning the launch of construction of the settlements in the closest neighborhood (across the street). They plan to build another 300 apartments in this area.

Regardless of those initiated investments or those soon to be launched, directly opposite the area (across the Awicenny street) in the adopted Local Development Plan, covering an area of over 4.5 hectares multi-family residential buildings (3-5 floors) are planned. With the parameters set by the mentioned plan it makes it possible to build more than 1,000 apartments.
This means that within a year in the closest neighborhood (50 – 550 meters) housing estates will rise within which over 630 apartments will be built and in the following years another 1000 apartments.
